recently, the decorative/architectural sector.

Casting Weights and Sizes
The normal maximum casting weight in any material is approximately 1 tonne, although items upto 30 Tonnes can be quoted for.
We have no minimum and can accommodate most shapes and sizes of
castings within our weight range.
Quantities
We specialise in runs from 1 off to approximately 1000 off, dependent on
size and shape, although we can accommodate large quantities of smaller
items.
Moulding Methods
Alphaset self-setting sand, both boxless and rigid.
Silicate/CO2 sand for corework
Melting Equipment
High Frequency electric furnaces, 1 x 500kgs and 1 x 750 kgs capacity.
Other Services and Supplies
We can supply continuous cast iron bar in a comprehensive range of round
and rectangular sections to BS EN 1561 and round sections to BS EN 1563.
Round bar in the above materials is available either 'as cast' or proof
machined.
We can supply pattern equipment to suit your needs, and our long association with many engineering companies enables us to quote keen prices for fully machined castings when required.
